In using any of my scripts, content, or other services you fully agree to the following terms. A violation of any kind will result in a termination of the contract and an immediate cease of usage of my work. You will also be blacklisted from all further collaboration between myself and you.1. Any content created, or contributed towards, by myself must be fully credited as @TayMachina on ALL platforms where the content is posted. Failure to credit will result in a takedown notice and a blacklist.2. Publicly posted content, such as Twitter scripts, can be used by anyone provided that they contain a quote tweet of the original post along with a @TayMachina credit tag. This can be done in the original tweet or within a thread.3. Any public content can only be used for non-profit entertainment. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES can Twitter scripts and all other publicly posted content be used for any form of monetary gain. Reposting this content to other sites must be agreed with me and no form of payment can be taken in exchange for access to this content. Full credit rules apply (see rules 1 and 2).4. Publicly posted scripts can be performed on stream where donations/other monetary incentives are being used provided that they are fully credited to TayMachina. The original social media post must be linked on stream and the user @TayMachina must be mentioned as the writer. Please contact me with a timestamp of the reading and a link to the stream should my content be used.5. Custom scripts can be recorded by the commissioner ONLY. Custom scripts should not be rerecorded by anyone other than the commissioner. Commissioners do not have the right to permit their scripts to be rerecorded by other individuals. Anyone found violating these rules will be blacklisted and will be asked to remove the content. This includes the original commissioner if they are found to be directly involved.
5a. Commissioning pieces as gifts is permitted as long as it is disclosed in advance. The name of the recipient must be provided at the time of enquiry. If the receiver of the gift does not wish to perform it, the commissioner cannot offer it to another individual without consulting me first.
5b. Commissioning pieces to be performed by multiple individuals is allowed if disclosed in advance. This will incur extra charges and the names of all performing individuals must be disclosed at the time of enquiry. Anyone not on the list of performers will be treated as a content thief and blacklisted.6. No edits or alterations to my work are permitted under ANY circumstances. Any alterations will need to be made by myself during the editing phase of our collaboration. Once final approval has been received, scripts must remain untouched or be brought to me for further editing (which may incur extra charges). This includes; extending, expanding, or shortening scripts in any capacity. To clarify; I do not, under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, allow my work to be altered or edited by anyone other than me. There are no exceptions and no allowances.7. All scripts created by me will be used in my portfolio. This includes custom scripts. While no recording will be linked or promoted, the name of the performer will be included. These scripts will not be posted in the portfolio until 30 days after they are released by the commissioner/performer. If you would like to opt out of being featured or require longer than 30 days; this can be negotiated and may incur a small charge.8. Charges and final fees are all to be determined by me. Content, length, delivery time, and format are all factors that will influence the price. Fees will be disclosed upfront and any extra charges will be fully discussed with the commissioner during the collaboration process. Opting out of a commission is permitted but no refunds of any kind will be issued after receiving the initial deposit.9. Due to my work schedule and real-life commitments, I may not always have availability. This will be fully disclosed to the commissioner before any money is exchanged. If I do not have the availability; please know that this is not a personal decision and is no reflection on you. I will give you the option of being contacted once my schedule allows me to take on more work.
9a. If any changes to my schedule will interfere with your commission; I will contact you as soon as I know and we can decide between us what would be beneficial moving forward.
9b. If there is a rushed date or a required deadline for the content, this MUST be fully disclosed in your enquiry and may incur extra charges.10. If I am required to sign an NDA this will add 2 days to the discussed timeline to allow for a thorough read of the agreement BEFORE signing. This will also incur a small fee.11. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES may my work be submitted for AI training or fed to any AI program.12. I am allowed to refuse any commission without reason.13. Rude, aggressive, or offensive behavior towards me will result in a blacklist. If this happens during a collaboration no refunds will be given and no content will be delivered. I am a human being and deserve respect.14. ALL commissioners must be over the age of 18.Engaging in any form of business collaboration with TayMachina will be seen as full agreement and acceptance of these terms. I reserve the right to ask the commissioner to cease any and all use of content I have created should they violate any of these terms. No refunds will be given in this circumstance.

The commission process is different for everyone so I try to be as flexible as I can be. Below is an outline of how my process works, but we can make adjustments should you require them.1. Enquiry – you email me to let me know you’d like to work with me. I have an enquiry outline available to make it a little easier for you.2. Consultation – we will discuss your commission in more detail and what it is you require. We can do this via email, discord, or twitter DMs. Before we both leave the consultation, I will provide a bullet point breakdown of what you require and you must give me approval before I will move on to the next stage. If you need anything adding at this stage, please let me know before approving. Any changes after approval may result in additional fees. Once it has been approved by you, I will let you know the cost and invoice you for 50% of the current total price should you chose to move forward with the commission.3. Drafting – I will aim to get a first draft to you within 2-3 weeks (depending on length) after receiving the initial payment. During this time, I will ask you for any notes/alterations you require. I am willing to do up to 3 drafts of the script as standard. Any further drafting may incur extra charges.4. Completion – I will contact you to let you know that you will be receiving your final draft within 48 hours and that the rest of the payment will be required within 24 hours after delivery. I will also send a breakdown of what is owed (the remaining 50% + any extra charges you may have incurred). If you have any questions about pricing etc please ask them within the 48-hour period as after that there will be no further price negotiation. I will email a PDF of the finished script and send an invoice for the remaining amount.5. Publication – You contact me when you’ve published your performance of my script and I’ll repost it for you on my socials. 30 days after this, your script will be in my portfolio and you will be added to my client list.
• I am a professional screen and script writer/editor. As such, I work on the basis that 1 page = 1 minute of screentime as is industry standard. However, there may be times when dialogue heavy scripts fall into the ¾ page = 1 minute standard. This is especially prevalent in ASMR/Voice only scripts.• Scripts will be formatted as standard screen scripts. They will not be formatted as prose or stage scripts. Sound cues can be added if discussed during enquiry/consultation at no extra cost. However, these do not come as standard as that assumes there is a level of sound editing available to all commissioners.• I currently live in the U.K. as therefore work on GMT time zone so all dates will be given with this in mind.• All prices are in GBP so payment will be required to be the equivalent of this amount.• NSFW content is available provided that the themes are appropriate. It is at my discretion to refuse any commission I do not feel comfortable with.• Scripts that feature multiple characters are allowed provided there is written permission from the creator of each character if the commissioner does not own them.• No refunds will be issued after receiving the initial payment. Work terminated due to breach of T.O.S. will not result in any refunds.• Work terminated due to incomplete commissions, failure to meet client's satisfaction, or fault of the writer, may result in a full or partial refund. This will be dependent on the circumstances around the cancellation e.g., progress of commission and reason for cancellation.• If work is terminated before consultation, there will be no refund as no payment will have been taken. There will also be no charge to the commissioner. 1. Fees will be discussed between the client and myself during consultation. Prices are dependent on content, deadline, and length. Additional fees will be discussed with the client before carrying out any services.2. The timeline for each project will vary. The estimated timeline for a first draft is 2-3 weeks for scripts less than 10 minutes long. This timeline begins once the consultation phase is complete and both parties are in agreement. This is an estimation and the actual completion date will be discussed during consultation. Rush orders may be available and this must be listed in your enquiry.3. Initial payment must be sent within five days of receiving the invoice. Any delays to this must be discussed during the consultation phase. If no payment is received within five days, the collaboration will be cancelled. If there are any circumstances where you are no longer able to pay within this timeline or no longer wish to collaborate; please contact me directly.4. Work will be emailed to the commissioner and will be sent as a PDF. There will be no editing permissions granted as there is to be NO editing of my work by ANYONE other than me.5. NO REFUNDS. Any attempts to chargeback, dispute, or invoice for refunds will result in a blacklist. If your circumstances have changed and there is a payment issue; please contact me directly and we can discuss options.6. A 50% deposit will be taken after the consultation phase and the remaining balance must be paid within 24 hours of receiving the final product. Failure to pay within this timeframe will result in a blacklist. I will contact you before sending the finished product to state that the final payment is due.7. If I do not hear from you within three weeks during ANY phase of the collaborative process, I will cancel all involvement and no refunds will be issued and no final product will be delivered. This behaviour interferes with my work schedule and prevents me from taking on new commissions so costs me money. If any factors will interfere with our working relationship, please make me aware as soon as possible and we can discuss options.8. Ownership of work where final payment is not made automatically defaults to me. You will not receive any refunds for payments already made and I reserve the right to redistribute, rework, or release the work. You will receive NO financial compensation for this as you never owned the work. Entering into any business/commission relationship with me will be taken as full agreement to these terms.9. I reserve the right to showcase all the work I complete in my portfolio. Work will be posted 30 days after it is publicly released by the commissioner. If you would like to extend the 30 days or be removed from my portfolio; please mention this in your initial inquiry and we can discuss options.10. I reserve the right to refuse any work, for any reason, regardless of whether this is listed within the T.O.S or not. I am not obligated to disclose said reason to the commissioner.11. Commissioners who have their work cancelled for rude and aggressive behaviour are NOT entitled to a refund.12. All work requiring an NDA must be discussed with me before I begin a first draft. Please state the need for an NDA in your initial enquiry. The need for an NDA will add 2 days to the timeline so that I can thoroughly read through the document before signing. NDAs also incur a small fee.13. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES is my work to be associated with AI of ANY KIND. No using it for AI training, minting anything associated with my work (script and recording) for NFTs or the blockchain, and no using AI-generated voices or artwork to accompany my work.14. Commissions are all subject to a standard commercial licence. This is non-negotiable and cannot be extended to a full commercial licence under ANY circumstances. If you have any further questions about what your work can be used for, please contact me.15. Any and all free scripts done for advertisement or exposure must be published within 30 days (unless otherwise agreed before delivery) or else the content reverts back to TayMachina and may be given away to others.In engaging in any form of business relationship with TayMachina you are agreeing to ALL terms listed above. Violation of any of the above terms will result in termination of the contract and an immediate ban from using my work. You will also be blacklisted from any further collaboration between myself and you. I reserve the right to ask the commissioner to cease any and all usage of content I have created if any of these terms are violated. No refunds are given in this circumstance.
• The commissioner/performer does not have the right to sell or redistribute work provided under ANY circumstances.• No derivative works of the commission may be completed without written permission. This includes sequels, extended versions, or reimagined pieces.• Work may be used for promotional material, recorded performances, and soundbites provided that this is discussed with myself prior to release. Recordings of the work can be used on streaming sites, paid subscription sites, social media, and personal websites. The script CANNOT be republished anywhere by the commissioner without written consent from myself. The commissioner/performer cannot make ANY profit from the script ONLY performances of it.• The writer (TayMachina) MUST be credited on EVERY platform where the performance of work/commissions are posted.• No modifications are allowed to the work unless undertaken by myself. No third party (including commissioner/performer) are permitted to alter, edit, or modify the work in ANY WAY. All alterations must be brought to myself.• All commissions, from outline to completed final draft, are retained as intellectual property of myself (TayMachina).
